The Company was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of Rasam 18 Resorts and Clubs Limited dated January 10, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, name of the Company got changed to Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution passed at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 21, 2019, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 26, 2019, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company is currently in the business of agricultural and allied activities. It is engaged in agricultural commodities such as Wheat, Corn, Rice, Seeds, Cotton, Gram, Pulses, Cereals, Peas etc. The Company Promoters, Mr. Hemantsingh Naharsingh Jhala and Mrs. Rekhadevi Hemantsingh Jhala are having a diversified experience in Business of agricultural produce commodities.The Company has been successful in grabbing an increasing market share in domestic markets. The Companys Agricultural Commodities business is focused on trading in various Agricultural products in India. The Company has been trading merchandising Cotton, Oil seeds, Grains, Pulses, Spices, Seeds and various agricultural based products in domestic markets and to the end users in major consumption markets. Capitalizing on Indias vast geographical spread and range of reasons, the Company successfully provided quality range of products, to the buyers all over India. The Company is present in every aspect of trade of bulk agricultural commodities from selling domestically, to doing third party trade. The Company strive provide a seamless bond between the Farmers, Private players and consumers to ensure that the Indian markets for agricultural products continue to flourish its services facilitate solution at each step in the agricultural product life cycle, from strategic procurement on account of the purchaser.The Company is proposing to enter into the business of Tourism And Hospitality. The Company has proposed to open a resort in the name of Pearl Green Clubs and Resort in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The property is located at Gandhinagar which is approximately 20 kms away from Ahmedabad. It is connected to NH8 highway and having a pleasant location with fruit bearing trees and greenery of natural surroundings and ideal for getting and is away from the citys hustle and bustle. One of the point of interest is that the location is proximate to the dream project of the Prime Minister, the Gujarat International Financial Tec (GIFT) City, which is the major customer segment of the hotel. GIFT City, in all likelihood, will be Indias first smart city to be built from scratch. The GIFT City, once a barren land along the river is now emerging as the countrys first Greenfield integrated city, a dream project Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had envisaged as Chief Minister.
