On average on-boarding happens with a week’s time (includes setting up of profile, verifying basic details, importing of information etc.)

Kotak Connect Plus has established partnerships with leading bank providers, stockbroker platforms, NPS services, mutual fund providers etc. to use the APIs (Application Programming Interface) for sharing details in a secured manner as approved by the regulators. This ensures no paperwork is needed for on-boarding or performing transactions.

During on-boarding we will provide you with hands-on training & learn our product. And we will provide you on-going support while conducting the business.

The data shared by you is directly stored in our servers with access to limited members. The passwords are encrypted and stored in the system directly due to which it cannot be read by any individuals. We store all the information as per the bank-grade security standard I.e. 256 bits encrypted with SSL.
