LIC Mutual Fund has a significant ownership of 45% held by LIC of India, making it the principal shareholder in LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management. Other noteworthy stakeholders in this Asset Management Company (AMC) include LIC Housing Finance (39.30%), GIC Housing Finance (11.70%), and Union Bank of India (4%).
