If the linked bank is not active or linked, how can I transfer funds to Kotak Securities account?

Choose a platform

You can change/add the active Bank Account details by logging in to the App:

  1. Go to profile section of the app
  2. Click on Account details
  3. Click on Linked bank accounts
  4. Click on “Add bank account”
  5. Click on Proceed
  6. Click on Add Bank Account
  7. Add details like IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account No., Select Account type,
  8. Add MICR Code, Branch Name, Branch Address
  9. Whether Default Bank choose Yes if you want to make it your Default Bank Account
  10. Check the Declaration
  11. And click Save
  12. Your Bank Account Details Updation would take about 24 working hours to come into effect.

Thereafter you can Transfer funds

  1. Go to More Menu Option in the Menu Bar given at the bottom
  2. Scroll down to Help & More section
  3. Click on Help option
  4. Click on ‘Service Request’
  5. Go to ‘Bank Updation’
  6. Click on Proceed
  7. Click on Add Bank Account
  8. Add details like IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account No., Select Account type,
  9. Add MICR Code, Branch Name, Branch Address
  10. Whether Default Bank choose Yes if you want to make it your Default Bank Account
  11. Check the Declaration
  12. And click Save
  13. You Bank Account Details Updation would take about 24 working hours to come into effect.
