You will receive a "Welcome email" on your registered email ID once your account is converted to Kotak Securities Neo. You can set up your account using the steps mentioned in the welcome email and immediately start trading.

Please look for emails from Kotak Neo in your spam/junk folder and move it to the safe sender list if you find it there. That way all future emails from us will land directly to your 'Inbox' and you will never miss out on any important update on your Kotak Securities Neo account.

For the time being, emails from Kotak Neo may continue to land in your promotions folder for Gmail users.
