How do I unsubscribe from the Trade Free Plan?
In order to unsubscribe to any brokerage plan you will need to first decide which other plan you wish to subscribe to. Once you have decided which plan you want to subscribe to, you can simply subscribe to that brokerage plan by visiting the below steps. Once you have subscribed to another plan you will automatically be unsubscribed from the existing plan.
Through Website & Mobile Application:
Login to Kotak Neo through ntrade.kotaksecurities.com (website) or open the Kotak Neo mobile app
Visit your profile by clicking your name initials on the right hand top corner.
- Visit Account information
- Go to Brokerage plans
- Choose the Trade Free brokerage plan
- Confirm your subscription by clicking Subscribe.

- Visit More section
- Scroll down to Plans & Subscriptions (The details on each plan will be available once you click on the required plan.)
- Click on the plan you now wish to subscribe to
- Scroll down, accept the T&C and Click on Subscribe Now.
