How can I update my email address?

To update your email address,

1. Go to profile section from top right corner of your home screen and click on Account details

2. You will see your existing masked email address. Click on Edit

3. You will be redirected to the Kotak Securities website

4. You will have to update your new email address under "Email ID". Rest of the fields can be kept blank.

5. Make a choice for implementing the change i.e. for trading account or demat account or both. Note: if you wish to make the change in DP profile, Rs. 49/- + GST will be charged as DP profile Updation fee

6. Click on Confirm

Your email address will be updated within 24 to 48 hours

Click on this link to update the registered email address. You will be redirected to the Kotak Securities website login page.

Enter your respective user ID and password for www.kotaksecurities.com and 'Do not enter the Access Code'

Note - The login ID and password for the Neo mobile app and Kotak Securities website - www.kotaksecurities.com are not the same.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the below screen along with a pop up that says OTP has been sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

• In the "Email ID" field, enter the email address you wish to update.

• Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email address.

• Under "Implement changes on my", choose trading account or DP account or both and click on Confirm.

Note: if you make any changes in DP profile Rs. 49/- + GST will be charged as DP profile Updation fee.

To update your email address,

1. Login to the Kotak Stock Trading App

2. Go to More

3. Click on Help

4. Go to Service and raise a request

5. Tap on Email Updation
