Your account will get locked due to any of the below reasons:
To unlock your account, follow the below steps:
Login with your mobile/PAN and password
Click on Reset password/M-PIN
Enter your mobile and PAN number
Click on the link sent to your registered email Please look for emails from Kotak Neo in your spam/junk/promotions folder and move it to the safe sender list if you find it there. That way all future emails from us will land directly to your 'Inbox' and you will never miss out on any important update on your Kotak Securities Neo account
Open with Kotak Securities Neo app
Enter the 4 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number
Reset your password/M-PIN
Proceed to login.
If your account is locked due to 3 or more unsuccessful login attempts, you will see a button to Unlock account.
Click on ‘Unlock My Account’ and you will be asked to enter your PAN card number and Date of Birth.
In case you do not remember your credentials click on Forgot Password.
