What is a trinity (3-in-1 account) fund transfer service? How can I avail the same?
For Kotak bank users, we provide an option to activate trinity service wherein we take a one-time mandate from the user to transfer funds from Kotak bank. Once the same is received, the user just needs to enter the amount and provide confirmation to transfer funds.
If you have a Kotak bank account linked with us, you can use our trinity activation services to activate your 3-in-1 account.
Steps: Login to kotaksecurities.com→ Go to Help→ Click on Service Request → Click on “Activate Your 3-in-1 Account”

Login to NEO app → Go to profile → Click on Services → Click on Service Request → Click on “Activate Your 3-in-1 Account”
