I received an email/letter/SMS asking me to provide 6 Mandatory KYC details and update my income range for my trading and demat account. How do I update these?

  1. You will receive such communication from the Exchanges/Depositories/Kotak Securities if you haven't updated your latest income range for your Kotak Securities account and/or your mobile number or email id is not valid.

  2. You can update these details through Kotak Neo mobile app or portal.

  3. To add or edit your KYC details, open the Kotak Neo app or website.

  4. Go to Profile>Additional Services>Service Request
