How do I set up my Kotak Securities Neo account?

To get started, download the Kotak Securities Neo mobile app

Android users

iOS users

• Download from App Store

Once you have installed the Neo app on your mobile,

1. Open the app and click on Account setup

Note: Do not click on 'Login' unless you have setup your account on Neo. Your existing Kotak Securities ID and password will not work on Neo.

2. Enter your mobile number and PAN

3. You will then receive an email from Kotak Neo on your registered email address. Click on Setup your Neo account and open with Kotak Neo app

(Check your promotions or spam folder in case you do not find the mail)

4. Enter the 4 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number

5. Set your password

6. Set your M-PIN

Your account is ready to use.
