Incorporated in 1993, Company works an integrated cement manufacturing unit with an installed cement production capacity of 4.7 million tons per annum (MTPA). UCWL has a strong network of about 650 cement dealers spread in the States of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, which has served customers far and wide in different regions of States. UCWL is having 12 MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant and 15.45 MW Solar Power Plants (incl. Floating Solar).During the period 201214, the Company commissioned the Cement Mill and Packing Plant as part of the first phase of upgradation and modernization of the plant. It restarted its operations by commissioning Cement Mill in the month of July 2013.The Company completed its Revival and Rehabilitation Scheme with start of its commercial production from 31 March 2017 at its integrated Cement plant at Udaipur during 201617. In addition, it commissioned 1.24 MTPA clinkerisation facility in March 2017 with cement grinding capacity of 1.60 MTPA. It launched its PLATINUM HEAVY DUTY CEMENT brand in 201718. During FY 202122, the Company ramped up its solar power generation capacity by 4.35 MW, in addition to the existing 10.1 MW, further totaling it to 14.45 MW.The Company completed its Expansion Project involving additional Clinker Line of 1.50 Million Tonnes Per Annum and Cement Grinding Unit of 2.50 Million Tonnes Per Annum. With this the Total Clinker Capacity stands doubled viz., from 1.50 Million Tonnes Per Annum to 3.00 Million Tonnes Per Annum (Phase I) and Total Cement Capacity stands enhanced from 2.20 Million Tonnes Per Annum to 4.70 Million Tonnes Per Annum (Phase II) in FY 2024. The Company expanded the project by doubling its production capacity at Dabok Plant to 4.7 MTPA in FY24. It has commissioned an additional 6 MW Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS).
