The Company is primarily engaged in business of payment gateway services. The service charge on payment gateway transactions is the key income generator, likely linked to transaction volumes processed through the platform. Initially, the Company was into the business of Leasing Finance, Payment Solution and Incidental Services.The Company is at the forefront of research and development in complex technologies such as AIbased financial solutions, AIbased switching and routing solutions for ecommerce and banks, crossborder AIbased switching solutions, and global payment routing solutions. It offers business platforms developed using cuttingedge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Java. These platforms are entirely cloudbased, providing customers with the freedom to avail solutions anywhere in the world.In 2018, GLLFL underwent a significant transformation when a young and visionary group took over the Companys management. With a paidup capital of 14.87 Cr. and a net worth of 15 Cr. as of March 31, 2023, it embarked on a mission to transition from a conventional lending NBFC to a modern technology provider. Since then, the Company has made rapid advancements in developing newbased platforms, including payment gateway solutions, digital lending platforms, debt restructuring apps, and AEPSbased platforms.
