On 05 March 2001, the name of the company was changed from Somnath Farms Ltd to Agritech(India) Ltd. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement,the entire business and assets of farming division of Nath Seeds Ltd stand transferred to and vested in AgriTech (India) Ltd with effect from 01 January 2001.The companys shares are listed in BSE and NSE.
