It sells its product through multiple channels including wholesale, retail and through agents etc.During the year 201314, the Company issued 36,69,950 equity shares and 15,00,000 warrants on preferential basis, as approved in last annual general meeting. The company issued these Equity Shares and Warrants on 26th August 2013.During the year 201314, the company converted 15,00,000 Warrants into same number of Equity Shares on October 11th, 2013. The company reissued 9,13,900 Equity Shares which were earlier forfeited, as approved in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 11th December, 2013.In FY201415, the Company altered its Object Clause in Memorandum of Association. Pursuant to change in main object of the Company, it has to make the change in Name of the Company to incorporate its new activity. So the Company changed its name from Prakash Woollen Mill Limited to Prakash Woollen Synthetic Mill Limited w.e.f 27th July 2015.The Company had reissued 9,13,900 Equity shares on 17 February 2014, which have been allowed to trade w.e.f. 23rd June 2015.During the year 201516, Companys major activity remained confined to production of Mink Blankets and Bed covers. The company operated in only one segment.
