Advance Lifestyles Ltd was incorporated in August 18th, 1988 with the object to carrying on business of Textile Mills, Trading of Cloth and Property Construction. During the year 2012, the Company was engaged in trading in clothes and ventured into real estate development.During the year 2014, the Company disinvested from two Subsidiaries viz. Advance Infraspace Private Limited and Advance Spacelink Private Limited. Grant Infrastructure Private Limited only remained a subsidiary of the Company as on 31s t March 2014.In terms of the agreement executed between the Textile Labour Association, a recognized representative Union of the Mill workers and the Order of Honble Gujarat High Court dated 11 February 2008, the Company received further resignations from workers during the Year ended 31s t March 2015.
