It’s also into contract manufacturing for other juice brands & specialty beverage brands along with trading in fresh fruits. It specialises in pure juices that uses advanced cold-pressed and high-pressure processing (HPP) technologies.

The company does not own properties for the purpose of operations. The place of business of the company has been taken on lease. Any termination of the relevant lease or leave and license agreements in connection with such properties or its failure to pay annual lease rental, the same could adversely affect its operations.
There is outstanding litigation pending against the company which, if determined adversely, could affect their business, results of operations and financial condition.
Majority of the state wise revenues from operations for the last 3 years is majorly derived from Delhi & Karnataka. Any adverse developments affecting its operations in this state could have an adverse impact on its revenue and results of operations.

The company’s revenue from operations increased from ₹0.2773 crores in FY 22 to ₹77.2273 crores in FY 24. Its PAT increased from ₹ (0.5011) crores in FY 22 to ₹7.0612 crores in FY 24. Also, the company’s EBITDA increased from ₹ (0.3046) crores in FY 22 to ₹11.4076 crores in FY 24. Good quality products delivered on time and demonstrable leadership have helped the company grow over the years.
Building on 30 years of experience of its promoters in fresh fruit in both domestic and international markets, Surifresh Extract Ltd has developed a reputation for providing fresh, healthy, good tasting, fine quality fruits to its customers in India. The company also imports fruits from countries like New Zealand, USA, Turkey etc. to fulfil the consumer demand throughout the year.
