Initial public offer of upto 56,48,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Current Infraprojects Limited (the Company or Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. This issue includes a reservation of up to 2,68,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [] crores (Constituting up to [] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by the market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion) and reservation of up to 99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to Rs. [] (constituting up to [] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by the eligible employees (the Employees Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion and the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue.
