In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25), Apollo Hospitals reported a total income of ₹4972.00 crores. This represents a decrease of 11.1% compared to the previous quarter (Q3FY25), where the total income was ₹5590.70 crores. However, when compared year-over-year (YoY) with the same quarter in the previous year (Q4FY24), the company saw an increase of 15.1% from ₹4318.55 crores. These figures indicate a positive YoY growth in revenues, despite the quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) decline. The revenue trends reflect the company's performance within the period, showing resilience in annual growth despite a recent quarterly dip.

However, this is a significant improvement of 43.8% from the PBT of ₹250.03 crores in Q4FY24. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY25 was ₹258.40 crores, down by 31.9% from Q3FY25, but up by an impressive 77.4% from Q4FY24's PAT of ₹145.64 crores. These figures show strong YoY improvement despite a decline from the prior quarter. This trend is also reflected in the Earnings Per Share (EPS), which decreased to ₹17.60 from ₹25.90 in Q3FY25, but increased significantly from ₹10.10 in Q4FY24, showing a YoY rise of 74.3%.

The total expenses for Apollo Hospitals in Q4FY25 were ₹4612.40 crores, marking an 8.8% decrease from the previous quarter's expenses of ₹5059.80 crores. On a YoY basis, this represents a 13.4% increase from ₹4068.52 crores in Q4FY24. The tax expenses for Q4FY25 were ₹109.80 crores, which decreased by 30.0% from Q3FY25's tax of ₹156.80 crores. Compared to Q4FY24, the tax expenses showed a marginal increase of 1.7% from ₹107.96 crores. These operating metrics highlight the company's cost management and tax obligations over the periods, reflecting changes in operational efficiency and tax strategy between the quarters and the fiscal years.
