Pratham Education Foundation

In FY20 - 21, Kotak Securities (KSL) associated with Pratham Education Foundation (Pratham) to implement its CSR Programme on Education. Pratham is a not for profit organisation focusing on high-quality, low-cost, and replicable interventions to address gaps in the education system. It is an innovative learning organization that believes that every child should be in school and learning well.

Pratham has steadily grown in both scope and size over the years, to become one of the largest education focused non-governmental organizations in the country and has reached millions of children across 23 states and Union Territories of India.

In FY20 – 21, about 8,410 no. of children reached under Elementary program & 312 students covered Beyond Elementary Programe in Rajasthan, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Telangana, Nagpur, Maharashtra, Pimpri, Maharashtra, Nashik, Maharashtra, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Patna, Bihar. The programs focus on providing strengthening foundational skills of children in primary grades, in Math & Language & supporting girls/young women complete their 10th std. examination.
