Below are some of the most common rejection reasons which you may encounter –
Reason : Exchange

What it means
Order not allowed for Contract near expiry: Order not allowed as the contract is too close to expiry. Please select the same strike price with a later expiry date to proceed.

RMS:Rule: Check T1 holdings including TT/BE/Z/T/TS
What it means
Insufficient Quantity to place this order: You do not have the sufficient holdings to place this order. You can try placing the order with lesser quantity. To know your available quantity you can check your Positions/Holdings/Open Orders.
