The Company has been carrying on the business of NonBanking Financial Activities since the year 1998. The company changed its name from Golden Properties Traders Ltd to Garbi Finvest Limited proposed through board meeting dated June 29, 2016 and subsequently ROC, Kolkata approval certificate dated August 12, 2016. The company also had proposed shifting of registered office of the company from the state of West Bengal to the state of Maharashtra in the same board meeting. It got approval from Regional Director, East for shifting of the registered office vide order dated April 05, 2017.
