A1 Acid Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name A1 Acid Private Limited on April 22, 2004. Subsequently, the Company has taken over the sole proprietorship concern in the name and style of A1 Acid Chemicals w.e.f. June 08, 2004. Further the Company converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 22, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to A1 Acid Limited on January 29, 2018. The Company is engaged in the business of trading of high quality industrial acid and Chemicals. It offers a wide range of chemical products which finds variety of applications in the industrial sector like chemical, textile, steel and aluminium, pesticides, fertilizers, intermediates, defence, metals and petro refineries. The Company also provides transportation facilities to their customers through its owned fleet of tankers.The Company is promoted by Harshadkumar Patel and Jitendra Patel. The Promoters are actively and fully involved in the daytoday affairs of the companys operations. Harshadkumar Patel and Jitendra Patel have 25 years and 20 years of experience respectively in the Chemical business and industry.
