The company’s business requires working capital and a major portion of its working capital is utilised towards debtors.
Any delay in processing payments by its customers may increase its working capital requirement. Further, if a customer defaults in making payments for the services provided by the company, it could affect its cash flow thereby decreasing its existing capital reserves and profitability.
A significant portion of its revenue is derived from Western, Northern and Southern India and Southeast Asia.
