Key Changes in Contract Note & Ledger (Effective April 1, 2025)
We’re introducing key upgrades to enhance clarity, transparency, and security in your trading experience.
One Consolidated Contract Note – All segments (Equity, F&O, and Commodities) in a single note.
Trade-Level Breakdown – All information will be shown at the individual trade level, instead of script level.
Updated Taxable Value of Supply – Now includes Brokerage, Exchange Transaction Charges & SEBI Turnover Fees.
Secure PDF Format – Contract notes will be password-protected (Use PAN in uppercase, without spaces).
Contract Note cum Bill – No separate Derivative Bill; all details, including B/F positions, are now within the contract note.

Margin & MTM Entries Now Posted on T+1 – Previous day margin debits will be reversed and displayed.
MTF Ledger Introduced – A new dedicated MTF ledger will show Margin Trading Facility transactions separately from the regular ledger.
Ledger Format Update – The "Trade Date" field is now "Date" for better alignment with posting cycles.

What You Should Do?
As these changes go live around the financial year-end, we recommend reviewing and recording your funds and securities balances as on March 31 and April 1, 2025, for smooth reconciliation.
