What is my CML copy and how do I get digitally signed CML copy?

Client Master List is the certificate of demat account provided by the depository, which contains all information of the client such as DP ID, name, contact details, address, bank linked with DP profile. It is useful in mapping the demat accounts with trading accounts and also for off-market transfer of shares. The transfer of shares can either be NSDL to NSDL (intra depository) or CDSL to NSDL (inter depository)

To place a request for CML, click here or after logging in, go to your profile section (tap on your initials form the top right corner). Click on services and go to “Client master list”, press submit and that’s it. Requests received by 12 pm on working days are processed on the same day, requests received after 12 pm on working days and on non-working days, are processed on the next working day.
