Subsequently, name of the Company was changed from Ishan International Private Limited to Ishan International Limited on January 11, 2022 and had obtained fresh Certificate of Incorporation on January 17, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi.The Company is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified Company, GoI certified Star Export House and a diversified heavy engineering company in selling equipment in international markets. It is engaged in contracting and building projects that focused on supplying machines, erection/installation, commissioning and operational training for sugar plants, jaggery plants, pharmaceutical plants, hydro power plants and pollution control systems. It provide high end engineering services and solutions for business activities in Hydro Power, Sugar and Jaggery Plants, Pharmaceuticals and Pollution Control Systems. With nearly 16 years ago, Ishan took a major step by getting into promotion of export of equipment for small Hydro Power plants from India to ASEAN countries back in 2008. Since then Ishan has promoted export of over 40 projects ranging from 1 MW to 60 MW.Established in 1995, the Companys initial business was of pharmaceutical machinery and raw materials for pharmaceuticals ingredients, which later diversified into heavy engineering, which focused in international markets. In 1996, Company obtained IEC (ImportExport Certificate). In 1999, it established 1st overseas office in Vietnam. In 1999, it established 1st Representative Offices in Vietnam.In 2003, it became a Member of Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC). Since 2004, it leveraged track record internationally by providing a wide range of heavy engineering machineries on various overseas projects, particularly in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia to esteemed clients like Busco Sugar Milling Co. Inc, Univarsal RRobina Corporation Group, First Farmer Holding Corporation FFHC, Sonedco, Sunwest, NavetcoNational Veterinary Joint Stock Company. In 2010, the Company became a Member of Pharmexil.In 2011, it became a Member of ASSOCHAM.In 2012, the Company got Drug License from MOH. It became a Member of Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO). The largest 66 mega watts was commissioned during FY 201920. In 2021, it started business operations in Kenya and East Africa. In September 2022, Company launched an IPO by issuing upto 22,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each by raising funds to Rs. 18.24 Cr through fresh issue.
