DRS Cargo Movers Limited was established in 1986 with the main object of rendering high standard moving and packing services to every door step in a simplified and error free mode. The Company is wellknown for domestic and international movers and packers company providing quick services through air, water and land transportation medium. It provide complete assurance of safe and timely delivery through courier or cargo shipments everywhere throughout the world. Its services include weather proof and insured warehouses with equipment for proper handling of the consignments which ensure the safety and security of the cargo. To link producers and consumers across the nation, DRS maintains world topclass transport operations. It is served by a network of 100 deliberately located offices and service centres, reaching out to over 1500 destinations, through a 800 strong fleet of selfpossessed vehicles. DRS Parcel Services Services offers fast, reliable and secure international and nationwide parcel deliveries. Corporate Shifting Services are vastly popular among the patrons for their timely finishing. This offered service is employing the advanced techniques. In addition, these services are rendered at nominal expenses. The ODC division of the Company is for carrying of over dimensional, heavy and bulky cargo. The Company can move ODC cargo through all modes.Company has a strong customer base including MRF Ltd, Jindal Fibres Pvt Ltd, Eco Spin Yarn Pvt Ltd, Usha Yarn , Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, National Polyplast India Pvt Ltd, Vinishma Technologies Pvt Ltd, Birla Carbon India Pvt Ltd, Motherson Sumi Wiring India Pvt Ltd, Godrej Boyceev Mfg Co ltd, Birla Carbon India Pvt Ltd, Pink World logistics, TTK Prestige Ltd, Rohim Semi Conductors India Pvt Ltd, GSM logistics, Rajasthan Delhi Transport Company etc.In FY 202324, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger, the Warehouse Division of DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited got demerged/ transferred into the Company as a going concern, making the said Scheme of Demerger effective from 1 April, 2022. Further pursuant to the said Scheme, Company issued / allotted 75,31,201 equity shares of Rs.10 each in its share capital to the shareholders of DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited, in the ratio of 1:2, i.e, one equity share of Rs.10 each for every two shares held in DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited as per the Share Exchange Ratio contemplated in the said Scheme.
