The new form has a proper sequence of headings under which a customer could post his/her queries. The various issues that a customer may want clarifications have been broadly classified into the following:.

    • Fund Transfer Not Reflecting
    • Products
    • Shares
    • Stock Ideas
    • System
    • Reset Password
    • Trading
    • Contracts And Billing
    • Customer Service Feedback

    The customer may click on any of the above topics in the form and click on sub topics which would relate to the specific issue and post the query on the space provided.

    Alternatively , the client could write to service.securities@kotak.com and address the issues

  • QWhat is the procedure to stop the transfer of settlement payouts to my bank account?

    To stop the transfer of settlement payouts to your bank account, we request you to kindly post a Query on the Solve Your Queries Link Under Customer Service after logging into your account.

    Then click on account related and choose Mark Pay On Request- and write YES on the space provided below.

    The change shall be effected from the next working day on receipt of the request.

  • QWhat is the procedure to pledge my shares?

    If you wish to pledge your shares, we request you to post a Query on Solve your Queries link in the customer service link and select the option Shares(Click on the option Pledge/dematerialisation) and mention the following details:

    • Create pledge / hypothecation
    • Close pledge / hypothecation
    • Invoke pledge / hypothecation
    • Unilateral closure of pledge / hypothecation
    • Client id
    • Client name
    • Agreement number
    • Closure date
    • Instruction type (pledge / hypothecation)
    • Counter party pledgor / pledgee client id
    • Counter party pledgor / pledgee name
    • Counter party pledgor /pledgee DP Id
    • Counter party pledgor /pledgee DP name
    • Scrip name
    • Quantity

    The request shall be forwarded to the department concerned and the pledge number shall be communicated to you after processing the same.
