DXC Technology Company was formed from the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation and Enterprises Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprises on April 3, 2017 in USA, listed on Net York Stock Exchange, through its indirect subsidiaries Xchanging (Mauritius) Limited, Xchanging Technologies Services India Private Limited and DXC Technologies India Private Limited owns 75% of the outstanding share capital of the Company. They serve banking and financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and government sectors primarily in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Rest of the World.Presently, the Company helps global companies run their missioncritical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
