In terms of the Demerger, the Company has allotted 31,35,785 Equity shares of Rs 10/ each to shareholders of Vikram Thermo (India) Limited in the ratio of 1:10 i.e., 1 Equity Share for every 10 Equity Shares held. Presently, Company is engaged in the business of Pharma Polymers.
