Step 1: Visit your nearest enrolment centre
Step 2: Fill the Aadhaar update/correction form or download it from the UIDAI website: https://www.uidai.gov.in/
Step 3: Submit the form with a copy of either PAN card or passport or Voter ID
Step 4: The enrolment officer will do a biometric scan of your fingerprint and iris
Step 5: Your passport size photograph too will be taken by the office
Step 6: The enrolment officer will provide you with an acknowledgement slip
Step 7: Your mobile number will be registered with your Aadhaar card within 5-10 days
