Can I use the same mobile and email ID in family accounts?

Yes, you can use the same mail ID and mobile number for family accounts but you will be required to state your relationship with the applicant. As per regulatory guidelines, you can use the same contact details if it’s an account of a spouse, dependent child, and dependent parent. If you don’t fall under the prescribed criteria, then you are not allowed to use the same contact details for multiple accounts.

  6. Click on Contact No updation and update the required number.
