How can I update my contact number?

Login to Kotak Neo, then

1. Go to Profile
2. Click on Account details
3. Click the "Edit" button beside your mobile number.

Alternatively, you can also

1. Go to Profile
2. Click on Additional services
3. Go to Service requests
4. Select frequently used
5. Click on Contact Number Updation
