The status was converted to Public Limited and the Company was renamed to HiTech Pipes Limited in October, 1986. The Company serves Infrastructure, Constructions, Automobiles, Energy, Agriculture, Oil Gas, Defense, Engineering Telecom industries. It is a Multi Product company marking its presence in steel pipes, hollow sections, tubes, cold rolled coils strips, road crash barriers, solar mounting structures and a variety of other galvanised products. The end uses of these products are in highrise buildings, metro stations, bridges, dams, refineries, telecom, airports, highways, power projects etc.The Company works with the objective of providing customer satisfaction through superior quality products. From a turnover of US 1 million to US 100 million, it has transitioned and diversified the business from tubular segment to integrated cold rolling complexes and Continuous galvanizing.With five advanced manufacturing facilities strategically positioned at important customer hubs and near key raw material sources, it hold a dominant position in Indias steel pipe industry. The Company provide a wide variety of innovative and valueadded steelpipes and products, such as ERW black steel tubes, Square Hollow Sections, Rectangular Hollow Sections, Solar Torque Tubes, GI GP pipes, Cold Rolled Coils and Strips, Galvanised plain and corrugated sheets, Colour coated coils and metal beam crash barriers and among othersThe Company commissioned the commercial production at its new stateoftheart manufacturing facility of ERW steel pipes in Khopoli, Maharashtra, through its wholly owned subsidiary, i.e., HTL Ispat Private Limited in 2021, which is running an installed capacity of 80,000 MTPA. In 2022, it started commercial production of CGL (Continuous Galvanizing Line) and Galvanized Corrugated Roofing Sheets.In 2023, Company expanded the business at Sikandrabad facility by introducing a new GP/GC line. In 2023, the Company installed a new hotdip galvanising facility at its Sikandarabad Plant. It started commercial production of Color Coated Coils at Sikendrabad (U.P.) facility with an Installed capacity of 50,000 MTPA .The Company has further added a Green field manufacturing facility at Sanand Unit 2, Phase I and laid the foundation for establishment of a greenfield manufacturing facility at Sikandrabad in FY24.

Hi-Tech Pipes reported a Q1 FY 2025-26 revenue of ₹791.36 crore, up 13.7% YoY, with net profit increased 66.1% to ₹20.92 crore. For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹3069.52 crore and profit touched at ₹72.95 crore. As of Jun '25, Hi-Tech Pipes’s market capitalisation stood at ₹2,224.44 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '25 shows promoters holding 44%, with FIIs at 1.7%, DIIs at 16.1%, and public at 38.1%.
