Name of the Company was changed from Dhruv Makhan (I) Limited to Vaghani TechnoBuild Limited effective on 12th October, 2006. The Company is presently engaged in trading of Transfer of Development Rights (IDR) and Real Estate Development. The company set up a plant at Badarkha, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 9900 liter per day to manufacture and process pasteurised milk. The company came out with a public issue of 55,60,000 shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 556 lac, to partfinance the project.
