The real estate sector, combined with the construction sector, plays an important role in the overall development of India’s core infrastructure. The growth of this sector is closely linked to the expansion of the corporate environment and the increasing demand for office spaces, as well as the development of urban and semi-urban settlements.

The real estate sector is anticipated to reach US$ 650 billion by 2025 and contribute 13% to India’s GDP and US$ 5.8 trillion by 2047, significantly boosting its contribution to GDP from 10% in 2023 to 14.8% in 2030 and 15.5% by 2047. As of 2023, the Indian real estate market is valued at approximately $360 billion, with 80% attributed to the residential segment and 20% to the commercial sector.

India’s real estate landscape has undergone significant transformation over the past decade, driven by rapid urbanisation, economic growth, and infrastructural advancements. In 2024, India’s residential sector saw record sales and new launches, overcoming concerns about monetary tightening’s impact on housing loans.

Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties is an established real estate developer in North India with a strong presence in Delhi-NCR and tier II and tier III cities having completed and ongoing projects in over 20 cities in India since 2000. It has a 25-year-old legacy and as on March 31, 2025, the company has delivered residential townships, low rise apartments, and group housing, across 86 projects amounting to more than 50 msf.

The company has also been developing and delivering large-scale integrated townships that include a mix of plotted developments and premium villas, offering aspirational living in emerging cities. It has developed both residential townships and group housing or high-rise apartments and has also forayed into commercial real estate development from time to time.

Revenue from operations of Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties grew from ₹287.757 crores in FY 23 to ₹694.978 crores in FY 25. Its launches increased from 0.12 msf in FY 23 to 3.14 msf in FY 25, while deliveries increased from 0.22 msf in FY 23 to 1.38 msf in FY 25. A brand-led portfolio of residential projects diversified across micro-markets, asset classes and price points have helped the company grow over the years.

Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties is present across multiple cities of North India such as Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. It also has presence in Sohna, Gurugram, Panipat, Sonipat and Panchkula in Haryana and Jalandhar and Ludhiana in Punjab. The company also enjoys presence in Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh, Neemrana in Rajasthan and Rudrapur and Narendra Nagar in Uttarakhand.
