The Company was originally incorporated as PlatinumOne Wealth Advisors Private Limited on July 30, 2008 at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 20, 2015, the Companys name was changed to PlatinumOne Business Services Private Limited. A Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued on February 13, 2015 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 08, 2020 and the name of Company was changed to PlatinumOne Business Services Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 30, 2020 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.The Company is promoted by Platinum Power Wealth Advisors Private Limited, Mr. Amey Narendra Saxena, Mr. Ratul Lahiri and Mr. Vivek Yogendra Kumar who are the guiding force behind all strategic decisions of the Company. Promoters have corporate and entrepreneurial experience. The promoters are the frontline force behind the Company, they are leading the Company from the front in departments like Business Development, Sales, Human Resource, etc.The Company is engaged in the business of providing Business Process Management Services. Business Process Management Services (BPMS) has an endless reach in the todays market. In todays business world mid size companies to large corporate are focusing on outsourcing model for their various activities. Since BPMS being an endless market, the Company have focused on special area in BPMS which is Customer Acquisition. The Company provide services to midsize and large corporate to fulfill their Customer Acquisition needs. Apart from this, the Company provide services in various industries namely FMCG, Real Estate, Furniture, Insurance, Consumer Durables etc. PlatinumOne is an Outsourcing Company with most processes like Lead Conversion, Customer Care, Channel Management, Lead Generation and Loyalty Program being delivered through their Call Centres. In collaboration with the Client, PlatinumOne articulates Process Design, People, Technology and Infrastructure. The Company works with high quality Diallers and CRMs where the Vendors provide a good level of support. The data to be called is either fetched by the Dialer through web services (APIs) or uploaded. There are various calling modes like Predictive or Preview that are used based on the speed and accuracy needed. The Agents login to the Dialer through a PC and a Headset and start attending calls. The Dialer records all the calls. The CRM works in tandem with the Dialer and records Customer and Transaction information. To ensure Zero Downtime, the Company invests in high quality infrastructure. Overall, there is high focus on ensuring a highly professional level of service delivery with high ROI to clients. In 2009, the Company started Outsourcing business with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as its First Client.In 2012, the Company moved to bigger HQ in Vikhroli, Mumbai.In 2017, Company obtained ISO 27001: 2013 certification issued by United Registrar of Systems.In 2018, Company opened branch offices in Gurgaon and in New Delhi with over 500+ employees. It bought first office in Thane.In 2019, Company opened branch office in Kolkata. The Company bagged Award for Best BPO in Real Estate. In 2020, the Company received Certificate of Excellence in recognition of Significant Contribution was awarded as Best BPO Partner in Real Estate by CNN News18.
