Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited on February 07, 2018.The Promoters of the Company are Pandurang B. Dandawate and Jayashree P. DandawateThe Company is an infrastructure consultancy company providing design, engineering, procurement, construction and integrated project management services for Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Architectural, Environmental Engineering and Ports.
