Further, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders, at the extraordinary general meeting held on February 6, 2017, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company, and consequently name of the company was changed to Dev Information Technology Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 17, 2017, pursuant to the change of name, issued by Registrar of Companies.The company is engaged in the business of providing a range of Information Technology Industry (IT) solutions. The company also provides various information technologies and consultancy services, including enterprise solutions, egovernance solutions, ERP and CRM Implementation, ITinfrastructure services, website development, web hosting solutions, and licensing solutions.
