Why am I not receiving notifications on my phone?
You won’t get push notifications if its option is not enabled on your mobile device. To receive push notifications, follow these steps -
For IOS:

Then go to Notifications

Click on Kotak Neo

Allow notification
For Android:

Go to your ‘Settings’ Application on the phone

Click on ‘Notifications’

Click on ‘App Settings’

Switch on the switch bar or the Kotak Neo App installed on your phone
