You can place a request to switch using the following 3 ways:

1. WhatsApp Chatbot

• Initiate a WhatsApp chat on 7738988888 by typing “Hi.”
• Click on the "Update Account" option.
• Click on "Convert to online.”
• Authenticate the security question asked.
• Kindly enter the OTP
