- Login to Kotak Neo
- Click on Profile Icon at the top right

Click on Update Nominee
- Go to the More section in the menu at the bottom after logging in to the app with your credentials

Scroll to ‘ Help & more’

Click on Help Icon
- Click on ‘Service request’ box
- Click on Nominee Updation
