If the margin call is on account of Mark to Market losses, you need to fund the margins on the next working day before the market opens.
If the margin call is on account of shortfall in upfront margins, you need to fund the margin immediately, or else the position might be squared off by our risk team, and margin shortfall penalty might be levied.
