Clara Industries Limited is the most coveted Company, and an emerging global leader in Industrial Packaging. The Company was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company on September 02, 2021 as Clara Industries Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, Company has acquired a Proprietorship Firm, the entire running business with the assets and liabilities of M/s Clara Petrochemicals, Sole Proprietorship Concern of the Promoter Ms. Parry Kukreja vide Business Transfer Agreement dated October 29, 2021. Being an entrepreneur since 2008, Mr. Nikhil Kukreja is an experienced personnel in the packaging industry, running a sole proprietorship named Chand Plastic Corporation. The Promoters being, Ms. Parry Kukreja and Mr. Nikhil Kukreja are the frontline force behind all the strategic decisions of the Company. The Company is engaged in the business of providing flexible plastic packaging solutions to clients, serving varied sectors spanning FMCG, Consumer Product, Hardware Tools, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Pharmaceuticals, Clothing Hosiery, Edible Oil, Salt and Sugar. The Company is known in the industry for manufacturing and supplying of highend multilayer Plastic bags and multilayer Plastic rolls in India. In flexible packaging, the Company manufacture printed films with surface printing as well as reverse printing, between 51 micron and above as mandate by government laws and also laminates in two, three and fourlayer structure. The Company manufacture standing pouches, side gazette pouches, press lock pouches and other pouches as per customers requirement.The Company has a manufacturing plant located at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh having a total area of approximately 14,714 sq. ft. The manufacturing process starts with procurement of raw material such as plastic granules and PET sheets. Then manufacturing process is been carried on the raw material post where the finished product is ready for dispatch. The manufacturing facility is well equipped with streamlined process to ensure quality of products and timely manufacturing. The Company products are sold to thorough direct orders from clients orignated from Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.The Company has been steadily diversifying as well as adding new products to existing portfolio, besides adding additional infrastructure for increasing manufacturing capability for existing products. The Company installed various testing equipment by virtue of which it will develop new packaging solutions at cheaper cost without affecting the quality of products. It regularly conducts batch wise tests on all products for examining their strength, quality aspects etc. The machines are capable of manufacturing multiple products at one point of time.. The Company manufacture plastic bangles which sells mostly during the festive time like Diwali and Karva Chauth whereas demand for peanuts tend to increase during the period September to January. Since, business is not seasonal in nature, demand for some items such as plastic bangles and peanuts packaging are seasonal.In year 2021, Company obtained ISO Certificate 9001:2015. The Company provide quality and timely service to customers. The Company has developed internal procedure of checking the client orders at each stage from customer order to delivery and focus on maintaining the level of consistently in service, thereby building customer loyalty for the brand.
