During the year 201819, Company allotted 11,14,237 equity share as fully paid up bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one equity share for every one existing equity share held on the record date) to its public categorys shareholders on October 10, 2018, pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders on September 28, 2018.
