How can i activate my Derivative segment (equity/currency/commodity)?

To activate a segment in your Kotak Neo account, follow the steps given below -

1. Login by clicking here
2. Go to Profile section and click on Account details
3. Under Segments, click on "Activate" for the segment that you wish to activate
4. You will be redirected to the Kotak Securities website
5. Select the document that you will be uploading as financial proof from the drop down menu
6. Click on upload to choose and upload the document
7. You can also choose other segments which you wish to activate while uploading the documents.
8. Click on “Confirm.” The chosen segment will be activated within 24 to 48 hours

To activate Derivative Segment in your account:

1. Login by clicking here
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap on Additional services
4. Raise on Service request
5. Tap on Frequently used
6. Go to Segment activation

2. Go to More
3. Go to Help
4. Raise a Service and request
5. Tap on Segment Activation

You can activate derivatives in Kotak Securities online by following the below steps:

4. Click on Segment Activation
