With a paidup capital of 14.87 Cr. and a net worth of 15 Cr. as of March 31, 2023, it embarked on a mission to transition from a conventional lending NBFC to a modern technology provider. Since then, the Company made rapid advancements in developing newbased platforms, including payment gateway solutions, digital lending platforms, debt restructuring apps, and AEPSbased platforms.During FY202425, GLLFL strengthened its core business of payment gateway services through its digital platform, India Online Pay. The Company witnessed steady growth in transaction volumes, through increasing digital payments among small businesses and online merchants. It launched two major upcoming digital lending platforms Ashapurti Loans and Bade Bhaisab, which are to serve as significant catalysts for growth in the secured/unsecured lending and personal finance verticals.
