The Acquirers namely M/S U G Patwardhan Services Private Limited, Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah, M/S Agri One India Ventures Llp and Mr. Shantanu Surpure acquired 19,50,010 Equity Shares, representing 26% of the Voting Share Capital of Bijoy Hans Limited, the board management was changed on 28th July, 2025 and Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah is made the Promoter of the Company in FY2025.
