Again in 19992000, two US companies, Primesoft Services Inc., and Primesoft LLC., was merged with the company.In 2001 the telecom business of the company was demerged into Goldstone Teleservices Limited. In 2007, the Company introduced two new business projects, IPTV and Digital Media Solutions.During the year 2009, the Company had promoted a subsidiary by name Staytop Systems and Software Private Limited.
